Clement Windows at The Listed Property Show 2017

March 1st, 2017

Clement Windows Group recently exhibited at the Listed Property Show which took place at Olympia over the weekend of 18th and 19th February.

The show, which saw visitor numbers close to 7,500, gave owners of Listed Properties the opportunity to talk to 150 specialist suppliers and gain expert advice and information on all aspects of maintaining, altering and renovating a listed home.

Clement’s stand showcased examples of high specification metal window ranges suitable for Listed Properties or those in Conservation Areas, such as: the Standard Metal Window (SMW) ‘F’ series, a single glazed steel window used for sensitive replacement work where a precise geometric match is required; and, the Brooking steel framing system, designed for buildings with a traditional appearance which require a specialist ‘putty fronted’ system.

These steel window ranges not only look wonderful, but can help improve thermal and acoustic performance and maximise security, while still meeting the stringent requirements of Conservation Officers.

A selection of Clement Conservation Rooflights, recently awarded an A+ window energy rating by the BFRC, were also on display and their good looks and low profile attracted many passers-by.  Available in two types for both slate and tile roofs, they are regularly specified by Conservation Officers for Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas.

Clement have a long-standing relationship with The Listed Property Owners Club and regularly appear in their publication, Listed Heritage magazine.  It was wonderful to have a presence at the show and to meet so many new faces as well as several satisfied former clients.
