They retain the slim, elegant and robust frames traditionally associated with steel windows, while offering enhanced thermal efficiency, improved security, reduced maintenance requirements and exceptional longevity.<\/p>\n

Clement Conservation Rooflights<\/a> are modern reproductions of original Victorian windows. They are often specified by architects and Conservation Officers for Listed Buildings. Achieving a BFRC Window Energy Rating of A+, Clementis the only company to provide two profiles for different roofing types, ensuring a flush finish.<\/p>\n

Clement SMW steel windows with leaded lights were used on the front elevation of this Cheshire home.<\/p><\/div>\n

Leper hospitals were established in Medieval England to care for people with leprosy, with around 300 in existence by the 13th century. This property was once part of a monastic leprosy hospital managed by St Werburgh\u2019s Abbey in Chester and is a rare example of a timber-framed monastic building. It was awarded Grade II* listed status in 1984.<\/p>\n

The owners have carefully refurbished and extended the building, creating a beautiful family home while preserving its historic character.<\/p>\n

Clement supplied a range of steel windows and doors tailored to the project\u2019s requirements. At the front, SMW steel windows<\/a> replicate the appearance of the originals, while at the rear, Clement\u2019s EB20 windows<\/a> and W40 steel doors<\/a> maximise natural light and views across the grounds.<\/p>\n

The project also included Clement Conservation Rooflights in a tile profile<\/a> for a flush fit with the traditional roof, complete with chrome pole winders for easy operation.<\/p>\n

Grade II Listed Building repurposed as a fabulous new youth centre<\/h3>\n

Clement manufactured bespoke W20 steel windows<\/a> for the Horizon Youth Zone in Grimsby.<\/p>\n

West Haven Maltings is a Grade II Listed Building in the Central Grimsby Conservation Area. Originally a 19th<\/sup> century granary warehouse, it was later converted into a maltings before being transformed into a new Horizon Youth Zone for local young people.<\/p>\n

As part of the extensive restoration, Clement manufactured and supplied white W20 steel windows with G+ bars to replace the original metal fenestration, providing a modern solution that preserves the building\u2019s historic character.<\/p>\n

Clement EB20 steel windows replace existing at Grade II listed home<\/h3>\n

New EB20 steel windows were the right choice to replace the original frames in this Grade II listed home.<\/p><\/div>\n

The owners of this Grade II listed farmhouse in Surrey have carefully restored the property, creating a beautiful family home while preserving its historic character.<\/p>\n

Clement supplied bespoke EB20 steel windows<\/a> to replicate the original fenestration while providing improved thermal performance, security and multi-point locking. Finished in Anthracite Grey with an unusual flush T-bar design, the new windows were carefully selected in consultation with the Planning Authority and project team, giving the property a striking new look which remains in keeping with its heritage.<\/p>\n

Grade II listed school sensitively upgraded with new Clement Brooking steel windows<\/h3>\n

Clement took templates of the original windows at this school to ensure the new fenestration was the perfect fit.<\/p><\/div>\n

Trent is a picturesque village in Dorset\u2019s Yeo Valley, renowned for its rich architectural heritage. Located within the Trent Conservation Area, this historic building dates back to the 19th century and has played an important role in the village for generations.<\/p>\n

When the original metal windows needed replacing, it was essential that the new windows remained faithful to the character of the building. Clement\u2019s Brooking range<\/a> was specified for its slim steel frames, which could accurately replicate the distinctive shaped heads of the existing windows. The new windows also deliver improved thermal performance and enhanced safety, ensuring the building is well suited to modern use while preserving its historic appearance.<\/p>\n
