Here are just a few of our favourite residential projects from the past year.<\/p>\n

The Maple Building<\/h2>\n

The Maple Building<\/p><\/div>\n

We were thrilled to be commissioned to work on this stunning warehouse conversion<\/a> in London\u2019s Kentish Town. A high specification was ordered throughout this property, and strong acoustic and design performance were essential. Our W40 steel window range proved the perfect fit, complementing the cosy interiors and perfectly matching the original fenestration. The result: a perfect flagship property development with a wealth of industrial charm and period character.<\/p>\n

Harleyford Court<\/h2>\n

Located in Lambeth\u2019s Vauxhall Conservation Area, it was crucial that this beautiful red brick residential apartment building<\/a> retained its 1930s character. Clement were instructed to work on precise replicas of the original steel windows alongside Lambeth Planning Council, in order to ensure a perfect finish. Along with the seamless match, the windows needed to provide compliance with thermal efficiency standards, as well as stand the test of time.<\/p>\n

El Dorado Building<\/h2>\n

The El Dorado Building<\/a> is widely recognised as a New York Art Deco landmark, so we are proud to be involved in its restoration.\u00a0 Clement competed successfully against other window manufacturers to be selected for the approved list of suppliers. This magnificent luxury housing building is home to a number of VIPs and each apartment has its own distinctive style; the challenge of restoring the windows was that no two apartments had exactly the same windows. Our EB24 multi-point locking steel window system was chosen to replace the existing windows and provide modern thermal performance and security. The 1930s look and feel was retained with bespoke Clement windows and satin bronze handles to match the originals. The restoration project is ongoing and Clement continue to supply the windows.<\/p>\n

London, SW4<\/h2>\n

\"London<\/p>\n

This striking London apartment<\/a> was given extra \u2018wow\u2019 factor with the addition of a bespoke two-storey steel screen. The slim, strong sections allow for maximum light flow, whilst the ground floor steel door benefits from Clement\u2019s multi-point locking system for added security. Clement\u2019s bespoke screen resulted in the specified industrial finish and allowed the basement and library to be flooded with natural light.<\/p>\n

Dimsdale House<\/h2>\n

Clement\u2019s steel screen helped to add a contemporary twist to this classic residential interior<\/a> in Hertfordshire. We worked alongside the interior designer and building inspector to develop an industrial style steel screen that suited everyone\u2019s requirements. The screen allows for maximum daylight and provides a stunning, unique feature to add character to the room.<\/p>\n
