Newsletter: April 2016
Clement steel windows and rooflights at
The Sanctuary, Battersea

Welcome to our April newsletter.

At Clement we are excited about the corporate developments taking place. These range from improvements in production capacity and investment in systems and processes, to emphasis on client service.

As part of the changes referred to above we have refreshed our brand identity to more accurately reflect who we are today.

Clement are also delighted to showcase a new steel window and door brochure. If you would like a copy, please follow the link at the bottom of this email. We will in the near future be launching a new improved corporate website, which will display our projects and steel window ranges with enhanced navigation.

The stunning image you see above is of a new Clement steel window installed in a luxury apartment within The Sanctuary, the recently converted St Paul’s Church in Battersea. You can find out more through the case study below. We also feature the new steel windows installed at Harleyford Court, a substantial residential building within Vauxhall’s Conservation Area in the London Borough of Lambeth, right next to The Oval cricket ground.

We will update you on the corporate developments and other changes as matters progress.

We hope you will be informed and see light created beautifully.

19th Century Church Transformed with EB24 EB16 Steel Windows for Harleyford Court Superb Clement Conservation Rooflights

Transformed by The James Laurence Group, this former Church in Battersea has been given a new lease of life and converted into a number of luxury homes.

A mix of EB24 and W20 Clement steel windows have been used to produce exquisite shapes which create an abundance of light into these wonderful new dwellings.

Clement worked closely with Lambeth Planning Authority to decide the right window specification for this residential project in South East London.

As Harleyford Court lies within the Vauxhall Conservation Area it was essential that a sensitive replacement was undertaken, Clement EB16 steel windows were specified as the appropriate heritage product.

Our Conservation Rooflights have been designed specifically for Listed Buildings, projects within Conservation Areas and/or traditional properties where a more sensitive product is required.

Our incredibly low profile rooflights are available from stock for both tile and slate roof types. They achieve a wonderful look, outside and inside!

The end result is fabulous, read more here You can read the full case study here See more information here
