CLEMENT - superb steel windows and rooflights
Newsletter: May 2017

Welcome to our May newsletter.

2017 has seen an eventful start to the year for Clement Windows Group. Our commercial portfolio particularly has increased and we are thrilled to have been chosen as the steel fenestration supplier for many large, prestigious projects, including the long awaited development of Grade II Listed Battersea Power Station, one of the largest building sites in Europe! Similarly our residential work flourishes, not only for replacement work but also for supplying steel windows, doors and screens for extensions and new build projects too.

The striking property above is The Maple Building in Kentish Town, recently developed by The Linton Group from an old converted warehouse into luxury apartments and penthouses. Clement were delighted to be asked to replace the original fenestration with like for like, modern specification replacements. You can read the full story below.

Clement internal and external steel screens burst onto the market just over four years ago and have led the way ever since. Many competitors have followed with their own take on our magnificent door screens, but it's difficult to compete with our slender, innovative designs and outstanding quality. Clement steel screens remain the 'talk of the town' and they only seem to be gaining in popularity. Architects and designers are including them in their plans for all types of projects, whether it be a private home or commercial premises. One recent project Clement have successfully completed is 188 Fleet Street - you can read the full case study via the link below.

Earlier this year we launched our new branded website, if you have not seen it already please click here to have a look and of course feel free to give us any feedback. You should find the new site easier to navigate and full of ideas and inspiration.

We hope you will be informed and inspired...

Industrial chic at The Maple Building Stunning internal steel screens for Fleet Street Have you seen our Clement Conservation Rooflights?

Interior architects, Gordon-Duff & Linton insisted upon a high specification throughout, focusing on strong acoustic and design performance for The Maple Building. Clement W40 steel windows were the perfect choice, complementing the modern, well-lit interiors that are a feature of the building, as well as offering superb quality and an impeccable match to the original fenestration.

The offices at 188 Fleet Street benefit from a number of spectacular, bespoke Clement internal steel screens which feature throughout the office and contribute to the amount of natural daylight that filters through the space. The screens which were manufactured from our W20 steel door range were finished with RAL 7016 Anthracite Grey polyester powder paint. Work begins on the third phase soon!

The combination of our beautiful EB24 steel window alongside two of our conservation rooflights in this luxury kitchen certainly create the 'WOW factor'. Our popular range of rooflights not only look stunning on the outside, with their renowned low profile finish but they also look sleek and stylish on the inside too. They look fantastic, have achieved an A+ Window Energy Rating, are available from stock and come at a great price - what's not to like?!
