CLEMENT - superb steel windows and rooflights
Newsletter: November 2017

Welcome to our November newsletter.

Clement have been installing our beautiful steel windows, doors and screens at an unprecedented rate, all over the country this year. Whether you are in Battersea, Bristol, Birmingham, or beyond you may have seen a Clement vehicle near you. It has been an exciting time!

Today we showcase our work at Princip Street, Birmingham for building re-animators Javelin Block and one of their latest projects, Comet Works. We are thrilled to have been chosen by them to help bring this spectacular historic building back to life using Clement W20 steel windows.

Basements are usually thought of as being dull and lifeless places, but that is not the case in the stunning home we feature in this month's newsletter. Clement EB24 steel windows and a series of steel screens were included within this basement refurbishment in London with impressive results - read more below.

You may recall Clement sponsored the Small Project of the Year (up to £5m) category at last year's Building Awards. We were so impressed with the event and its objectives that we decided to sponsor this exciting category again in 2017. Small construction projects are just as relevant as larger scale developments and this award importantly recognises the aspects of design, sustainability, innovation, construction performance, procurement and team work that goes into such schemes. We would like to congratulate the winner of the Small Project award, Pollard Thomas Edward, for their project, New Ground Cohousing.

Our rooflight website has recently undergone a transformation. It now shows many more examples of projects where our conservation rooflights have been installed, together with case studies and an incredible gallery of photographs. Why not take a look by following the link below. Remember as we manufacture our own rooflights we can offer them to you at the most competitive prices.

We hope you will be informed and inspired...

Clement steel windows in Birmingham London basement transformed with internal steel screens Take a look at our new Conservation Rooflights website

Clement W20 steel windows were specified for Javelin Block's recent conversion project Comet Works in Birmingham's Gun Quarter. This historic building which dates back to the 1830s has been transformed into 20 residential units including authentic lofts, apartments and mews houses.

Our steel screens are so versatile they can be used in an array of settings for both commercial and residential projects. Clement recently manufactured and installed these striking screens into this basement gymnasium and swimming pool. Natural light floods the space through the matching steel windows.

Clement Conservation Rooflights are well known for their good looks and are regularly specified by Architects and approved by Conservation Officers. They are available in 8 standard sizes, but did you know we can also manufacture the range to your bespoke requirements?
