| Over the years Clement has worked on countless listed properties, those of historical importance that are situated in an AONB or Conservation Area. We are experts at replacing existing fenestration with a product not only of the highest quality, but one that will also look a very close match to the originals. |

| Clement bespoke EB20 steel windows were chosen for this beautiful Grade II listed farmhouse in Surrey. These steel frames are incredibly slim, offer much improved thermal performance, having a British Fenestration Rating Council Window Energy Rating of "B", and can include multi point locking to PAS 24 security testing. | This year we were thrilled to manufacture the new thermally broken steel windows required for 22-23 Little Portland Street, London. Situated in the East Marylebone Conservation Area it was imperative that the new windows were in keeping with the character of the building. The Architects, Robson Warren, were delighted with the end result, you can scroll down to read more. |

| Clement sponsored two categories at the 2024 Building Awards on 5th November: Contractor of the Year (up to £500m), which was won by Reds10, and Small Project of the Year (up to £5m), which was awarded to A'Bear & Ball Architects for Tun House. ritchie*studio took home the International Project of the Year award for The Brewhouse and Trident Park in Malta, so the Clement team were celebrating too as we made over 100 new Clement EB24 steel windows for The Brewhouse! | Did you know all our hot rolled steel windows and doors are made from 98% recycled steel and at the end of their incredibly long life the steel frames can be recycled again? Also, all of the old products we remove and bring back to Clement HQ are removed by specialist contractors, with 100% being diverted from landfill.

| This newly refurbished home in Surrey is looking spectacular with new Clement steel windows and, it has no more drafts! | Being in such a significant location, we worked closely with all parties involved in the restoration of 22-23 Little Portland Street. The original single glazed fenestration has now been replaced with super slim, thermally broken, Jansen Janisol Arte 2 steel windows and also Janisol HI thermally broken French doors and triple glazed lift and slide doors. The Architect gave us a stellar review. |

| The core of this beautiful home in Buckinghamshire is Medieval! Over the years the property has been altered and extended on a number of occasions. When the new owners purchased it, it was in disrepair. Bulky rooflights had been added without listed planning permission. Our client chose to replace these with Clement tile, low profile Conservation Rooflights which have transformed the roofline. |
