ACCREDITATIONS

We are proud to hold the following accreditations. We hope they will give you the confidence and peace of mind to choose Clement.

CHAS Accredited Contractor

CHAS (The Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme) was created by experienced health and safety professionals in 1997 to improve health and safety standards across the UK. As one of the founders of third party accreditation they are an authority and trusted advisor on health & safety compliance. Having demonstrated compliance and sound management of current basic health & safety legislation Clement are delighted to have been accredited with CHAS. You can view our certificate here.

Clement have also been successful in gaining the PAS 91 specification for quality. This involves the use of a standardised question set to assess construction supply chains, leading to reduced effort and significant savings in the procurement process, as well as greater sharing of information.

Clement is a gold member of Constructionline, the UK’s leading procurement and supply chain management service. Constructionline collects, assesses and monitors standard company information through a question set that is alighted to PAS 91, the standardised pre-qualification questionnaire developed by BSI to reduce duplication within the construction industry.

The aim of Constructionline is to provide efficiency savings to public and private sector buyers and the construction industry as a whole by streamlining procurement procedures and improving the supply chain management processes by reducing risk, creating cost efficiencies and helping buyers engage with new suppliers, including SMEs and local companies.

Clement is also the holder of a Social Value certificate which you can view here. You can also view our Constructionline certificate here.

HomePro Insurance

A HomePro Insurance Backed Guarantee, or IBG for short, covers deposits (where the level of cover is Value Plus or TrustMark Value Plus), workmanship and materials. Deposit Protection Cover lasts for 120 days from the date of payment to the contractor and the Warranty Insurance Policy is valid for a period of up to 10 years. Clement are pleased to be able to offer a Home Pro Insurance Backed Guarantee to the majority of home owners when purchasing our products.

*HOMEPRO insurance cover and COVID-19 – In line with many insurers HomePro have carried out a review of their policies following the outbreak of COVID-19 and they have informed all of their customers including the Clement Windows Group that due to the perceived risks associated with it they are ceasing the immediate and automatic guarantee of deposits paid by customers to companies. They are however continuing to offer full coverage of the completed and fully paid project costs. We would emphasise this has absolutely nothing to do with their view on the Clement Windows Group and we wish to reassure customers of the strength of our balance sheet and that this should not impact any work undertaken by us. As stated above HomePro have confirmed that they will continue to provide cover for the completed job and the insurance guarantee will be activated upon completion.
