We no longer have a separate Conservation Rooflights site – our two sites have been merged into one. |

| Our featured project this month is a real showstopper. The combination of Clement EB24 steel screens, doors and windows create a stunning feature at this Grade II Listed home in Arundel, West Sussex. We were thrilled to hear that 'The Walled Garden' recently won the 'Small Scale Residential Award' at the 2021 Sussex Heritage Trust Awards, an award which was totally well deserved. | Our commercial project this month is 6 Middle Street in London. Clement steel windows were chosen for the refurbishment of this office building on the boundary of the Smithfield Conservation Area. Blenheim House Construction chose windows from the Clement EB24 range because they best suited the original look of the building and allowed for the maximum amount of natural light. | Did you know our range of Conservation Rooflights has been fitted into all kinds of roof types with amazing results? Whether you have a thatched, corrugated, shingle or zinc roof, our rooflights will look incredible. Previously our escape rooflight range was only available as a side hung rooflight. However we are delighted to announce that now all our rooflights from a Clement 3 up can be supplied with gas struts, enabling them to be used for escape purposes. | Our RIBA CPD Provider Hour sessions this year have been really popular. They are a great way to add CPD points without even leaving your desk! Our next one 'Steel Windows – A New Generation' is scheduled for 20th June. Further information will be available via this link nearer the time or you can contact us and we will send you the booking form when it is ready. Alternatively we continue to offer our CPD to individual architects and practices, which we can now present over Microsoft Teams. | This 16th century, Grade II Listed home in Arundel has been sensitively transformed. The use of steel and glass throughout the rear elevation, including the outbuildings, has achieved sensational results. Our clients wanted to use the 'best' steel window company and Clement were recommended to them. After visiting our showroom, they knew our EB24 frames were right for their project. |

| Only genuine steel windows would do for this striking office building near Smithfield Market in London. The black slim frames are in keeping with the character of the building and allow masses of natural light to fill the office space.
