| The above project is in Malta. We manufactured over one hundred new bespoke EB24 steel windows for 'The Brewhouse', a fantastic Art Deco building. We are thrilled to have been involved with the renovation of such an iconic landmark, which was recently opened by the Maltese Prime Minister. You can read more below. |

| New EB24 steel windows for Art Deco building in Malta |
|
| The Brewhouse, a Grade II listed building, has been part of an €86 million redevelopment project, reimagined by world-renowned London based ritchie*studio. The new steel windows required not only had to look as close to the originals as possible, but also meet stringent requirements for thermal efficiency, as the building was designed to meet the strictest of environmental codes. Clement was thrilled that EB24 was specified. |

The owners of this house in Scotland chose over ten of them for their project. They have extended and refurbished their home which was originally built in 1870. Contemporary features have been added, without losing the charm of the building. |
