| At Clement we have been working on a number of high profile commercial projects recently and in this newsletter we are pleased to showcase our work at the newly refurbished Waltham Forest Town Hall. We manufactured over two hundred new W20 steel windows for the project and we hope you will agree that it is looking absolutely marvellous! So far, we have spotted the project on at least two magazine covers and are hoping there will be more to come. You will find a link to the case study below. |

| PAS24 is a security standard that can only be achieved after a product has been thoroughly tested and assessed for high security performance levels. We are proud to report that a number of our products including EB20, EB24, W20 and W40 can now be offered with this specification. Please get in touch if you would like to learn more. |

| Frequently we are being asked to manufacture steel windows and doors in alternative colours. This is no problem for us as we can offer our products in an array of different colours and finishes. One of our recent residential projects was an incredible Grade II* property built in 1932 by renowned architects Connell, Ward and Lucas. The new, bespoke steel windows and doors were all painted with RAL 5024 (Pastel Blue) matt to match the originals – the results are stunning and you can read more below. |

| The early 20th century saw the development of a distinct architectural movement often termed 'Stripped Classicism'. Grade II listed Waltham Forest Town Hall is perhaps the best known example of this type of architecture in the UK. Clement was chosen to manufacture the new steel windows for the building required as part of a major renovation. |

| This home is a rare example of the Modernist Movement in architecture. Described at the time as 'more like an invention by Picasso than a house' the building was revolutionary and divided opinion. Steel windows and doors from the Clement EB20 range were manufactured and polyester powder coated in a matt Pastel Blue. |
