Welcome to our March newsletter! |
There is no doubt, working outside is much easier when the sun is shining and our installation teams have been braving the cold and rain for what seems like forever... so we have been very excited for springtime to arrive! |
Right now is also the perfect time to take photographs, and there is nothing we love more than revisiting past projects. So if you are delighted with your new steel windows, doors or rooflights and would like your project to feature within our marketing, please get in touch – we look forward to hearing from you! |
Late last year we manufactured and installed all the new steel fenestration at Kew Studios and Works, a newly refurbished, modern workspace in Richmond, London This was the perfect project for Clement as the site is rich in character and history. Originally a former manor home, over the years it has had many uses. Now, although many of the original buildings have been preserved, it has been transformed into an environmentally conscious workplace. We discuss this project further below. |
Within this newsletter we also showcase a new residential case study, a Grade II listed mews house in Middlesex. The Clement EB20 range was the perfect product to replace the original fenestration here. |
If you have a requirement for Conservation Rooflights, remember we are the only company to offer not one, but two profiles. This not only helps installation, but it will mean you get the perfectly flush finish that everyone longs for! Our rooflights are available at competitive rates and with quick delivery times. Read more below. |
For the tenth consecutive year Clement are thrilled to have won the Best of Houzz 2025 badge for Service! Only 2% of over 3 million professionals on Houzz receive the honour, so it something we are very proud of. You can read more here. |

The original windows in this historical home were single glazed and not fit for present day requirements. Clement's EB20 range was chosen to replace these, as it offered improved thermal performance and security and conforms to the latest Building Regs with a "B" Window Energy Rating. If security is an issue EB20 is available with PAS 24 multi point locking but perhaps most importantly for a conservation lead project the new windows look very similar to the previous fenestration. Our clients are really pleased with the outcome. |
