| Our featured project in this issue is a property in the Harley Street Conservation Area. When it was time to start replacing some of the fenestration in this wonderful, Georgian-fronted apartment building, a lot needed to be considered to ensure the right product was chosen. The Clement EB24 range was selected, you can read why below. |

| Charing Cross Road is one of London's busiest streets and the buildings here are among the capital's most sought-after retail spaces. Clement Windows was thrilled to be asked to manufacture and install the new steel windows required for 30 Charing Cross Road. The project was a huge success – you can read what the Architect had to say later. |

| For the tenth year in a row Clement sponsored the Building Awards held in November. It was wonderful to attend a night organised to celebrate the very best in UK construction. Clement sponsored the Contractor of the Year (up to £500m) award and Kori Construction won the prize, you can read all about it here. |

| New steel windows for luxury London apartments |
|
| Clement EB24 steel windows were specified for a number of the apartments in this prestigious building in London. Known for its slim, strong frames, versatility, thermal performance and being easy to maintain, the EB24 range was the perfect replacement for the original Art Deco style fenestration. We were also able to offer a dual colour finish, which meant the new windows could be painted black on one side and white on the other. |
