| Welcome to the Clement April newsletter! |
| Clement knows a thing or two when it comes to Listed Buildings or those in a Conservation Area! From quaint period cottages requiring new steel windows which look similar to the original fenestration, to large scale listed warehouse conversions – we have done it all! We are chosen, not only because of the high quality of our products, but because we also have a wealth of knowledge to assist you through your project, whatever the size. |
| Each of the buildings we feature today is historically important. We were asked to manufacture and install the new steel windows required for a very exciting project in Grimsby, the new Horizon Youth Zone. Being Grade II Listed it was vital the new windows matched the originals. We manufactured these from W20 steel sections, you can read more below. |
| We also showcase a Grade II* listed family home in Cheshire. The house was formerly part of a monastic leprosy hospital managed by St.Werburgh's Abbey in Chester and is a wonderful example of a timber framed Monastic building from that period. A number of our products were required here, including our SMW range, we talk more about this later. |
| Now the sunshine has finally made an appearance it is the perfect time to start thinking about your roofing project. Clement Conservation Rooflights are the right choice for traditional buildings and are regularly installed into those which are listed. We are the only company to offer different profiles of rooflight depending on the type of roof you have to ensure the perfect fit. You can take a look at the standard range of rooflights on our website. |
| For the eleventh year in a row Clement has been awarded the Houzz Award for Customer Service! This is given based on the number of 5* reviews we receive. You can read more about the Award and see some of the reviews here. |
| Our RIBA accredited CPD 'Steel Windows – A New Generation' gets rave reviews! We will be presenting it via Microsoft Teams at 1pm on 22nd April, if you would like to join or more information, you might find this page helpful. |
