We were asked to manufacture and install the new steel windows required for a very exciting project in Grimsby, the new Horizon Youth Zone. Being Grade II Listed it was vital the new windows matched the originals. We manufactured these from W20 steel sections, you can read more below. We also showcase a Grade II* listed family home in Cheshire. The house was formerly part of a monastic leprosy hospital managed by St.Werburgh's Abbey in Chester and is a wonderful example of a timber framed Monastic building from that period. A number of our products were required here, including our SMW range, we talk more about this later. The recently developed Grade II listed venue lies in the Grimsby Central Conservation Area. Clement manufactured and installed all the new steel windows which were crafted to look as close to the originals as possible. READ MORE A combination of Clement products chosen for Grade II* Listed residence Conservation Rooflights... the perfect choice for traditional buildings This complex residential project required a number of different Clement products. We manufactured bespoke SMW steel windows with leaded lights for the front elevation and EB20 steel windows and W40 steel patio doors for the rear of the property. We also supplied Conservation Rooflights for the house which previously was part of a monastic leprosy hospital. Clement Conservation Rooflights are modern reproductions of a Victorian original, designed for Listed Buildings and heritage projects. They have a BFRC Window Energy Rating of A+ and come in two profiles to suit thick materials like pantiles and thinner options such as slate – ensuring a flush, seamless finish every time.
