Clement Conservation Rooflights were designed primarily for tile, pantile and slate applications, but they have been used successfully over many years in different roofing finishes, including zinc, thatch and corrugated materials. So whatever your roof type one of our profiles may provide the solution. When installed, the rooflight will not jut out from the line of the roof, but will sit level, giving a wonderfully flush finish.
Modern reproductions of a Victorian original, Clement’s conservation roof windows look especially good in heritage settings. Manufactured with a revolutionary warm T bar system, installing one of our skylights will result in improved insulation and ventilation as attested to by our BRFC Window Energy Rating of “A+”. These high performance, double glazed units will increase the amount of light entering a space too.
Available from stock in seven standard top hung sizes and also as a side hung escape rooflight, our rooflights can be delivered straight to your door in a matter of days. If one of the standard sizes is not what you are looking for, bespoke rooflights are available.
Our rooflights require a roof pitch between 20-60 ° and can be positioned adjacent to each other if you have supporting rafters. We do not recommend them for marine environments within five miles of the coast.
