City & Country have created an exclusive selection of exquisite apartments, duplexes and villas at Bentley Priory, a Grade II* listed 18th Century Mansion House and adjoining historic buildings. Clement supplied all the conservation rooflights for the stunning development which is set within 57 areas of parkland.
The Clement 6 range, in a slate profile, was specified for its fine looks and to flood the living areas with light. The slate profile ensured a beautiful, flush finish on the outside in keeping with the magnificent property, as well as a sophisticated appearance on the inside to match the luxurious feel of the rooms.
The rooflights were completed with matching chrome pole winders, designed for rooflights in difficult to reach places.
David Smith, Senior Buyer, City and Country said: "At City and Country we have a reputation for creating outstanding developments with many prestigious industry awards backing them up. It is vital we only specify premium products. We have chosen Clement Conservation Rooflights now for over 10 years and these are installed into a number of our most prestigious living spaces. They are of the highest quality, look in keeping with our heritage sites and are competitively priced being generally available from stock."
