Lisa Brass, Founder of Design Vintage Ltd has been renovating her home in West Sussex. When designing the new loft conversion she purposefully incorporated as many conservation rooflights as possible into the plans to enable maximum light and also to give the room a stunning appearance overall.
Lisa chose conservation rooflights so that the traditional look would match both the interior and exterior. The black bars of the rooflights look incredible against the neutral interior.
A combination of Clement size 4 and 5 rooflights were used, these larger rooflights allow masses of natural light into the loft space. The skylights are complemented with brass pole winders.
Lisa said: “I came across Clement Windows whilst on the hunt for an alternative to the usual standard rooflights.
The conservation rooflights are just stunning and the black box frame adds a beautiful feature to the space, with the added bonus that I didn’t have to paint them!
I highly recommend them for any period project.“
