Over thirty Clement Conservation Rooflights have been installed into this impressive conversion in Battersea. The Sanctuary is a 19th century Listed Building, previously St Paul’s Church, now four outstanding apartments and one exquisite house.
A variety of rooflight shapes and sizes were chosen to suit various room requirements, including Clement 3, 4, 5 and 6, all standard sizes available from stock. A slate profile was specified to achieve a flush finish on the outside of the building.
The rooflights were fitted with matching brass 300mm hand winders to match the interior.
Clement also manufactured and installed all the steel windows which complement the rooflights beautifully….the end result is stunning.
The project was included within a case study for English Heritage, Heritage Counts.
