Clement manufactured twenty individual steel window frames, all with a striking leaded light design, for this Arts & Crafts style home in the Hampstead Garden Suburb.
The Clement EB20 range was chosen to best replicate the original fenestration, but also because it offers a much improved specification. This included more thermally efficient glass units, multi point locking to PAS24 security test and a high quality polyester powder coating which will be easy to maintain and last for a very long time!
The new EB20 steel windows have a centre pane U Value of 1.1 and a “B” Window Energy Rating.
Our team carefully reproduced the geometric leaded light design, with diamond and hexagonal detailing, from the original glazing. The new steel windows are complemented with traditional looking Selborne window handles in a Gun Metal finish and matching peg stays.
