| We thought we would go back to the start in this edition and remind you of who we are and what makes us stand out from the crowd! |
|
| Clement manufactures and installs fine, bespoke steel windows and doors. We craft them in our own factories and generally use our own teams to install them around the country. We also supply our products outside the UK and frequently to North America. |
|
| The Clement family has been working with metal windows since Thomas Edward Clement and his two brothers worked as apprentice metalworkers and glaziers on the Crystal Palace. The business has changed greatly since then, but as a team we still have a vast knowledge and plenty of experience when it comes to working with steel fenestration and this is why we are often chosen to work on beautiful country houses and large, complex commercial projects. |

| We often work on new build projects, but our real forte is replacing original metal windows and doors on traditional properties, particularly those that are listed or located in Conservation Areas. At Clement, we pride ourselves on making new windows and doors which match the existing fenestration as closely as possible, but with a much improved specification. |
|
| Our manufacturing processes have met the internationally recognised standards of both ISO 9001 for Quality Management and ISO 14001 for Environmental Management. We offer an array of products which include those which achieve high thermal performances and meet security standards such as PAS 24. All our products offer longevity and the majority of our products are made from recycled steel. |
|
| If you would like to learn anything more about us, our Sales Team are always at the end of the phone to discuss your project, and we also offer a RIBA accredited CPD which can be presented over MS Teams. |

| In this edition, we feature two different recent residential projects. One is a modern, refurbished family home with a stunning feature door screen, and the other is a more traditional house where we upgraded the steel windows to new EB20 frames. You can read more about these later. |

| You may remember us previously showcasing our work at Horizon Youth Zone in Grimsby. We are thrilled to share that our client, Hobson & Porter, has since won a prestigious award. The project has been named the region's Best Refurbishment and Revitalisation at this year's Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Awards. You can read more here. |

| A room with a fabulous view! |

| Having previously worked with RM Designs, we were excited to help the owner of the interior design company renovate her new home in Kent. Clement made this long, bespoke steel screen which looks out to beautiful views, as well as a number of individual single steel doors for the project. The case study includes more photos and a testimonial from Rachel Macgadie. |

| The original steel windows at this 1930s home in Berkshire had become unfit for purpose and needed replacing. The owners chose the Clement EB20 range as it offered a much improved specification, such as multi point locking and double glazed, thermally efficient glass units – but still has the look of the slim, elegant frames of the old windows. |

There are eight standard sizes available from stock, but we also offer bespoke sizes. Our rooflights are competitively priced and available with quick delivery times. Unlike other companies we also offer two profiles, one for tile, and one for slate roofs, to give the perfect finish. |
