2021 has undoubtedly been a testing year for many. Despite the challenges of this year, we have worked tirelessly to continue to deliver our range of high-quality, bespoke steel windows, doors and conservation rooflights.
Clement has had the pleasure of working with a number of new clients, delivering a unique range of steel-framed units across both residential and commercial clients. Here are a few of our favourite projects from 2021.
The owner of this Grade II* listed property in Surrey was looking for windows and doors to complement the original ‘modernist’ aspects of the property. Built-in 1932 by well-renowned architects Connell, Ward and Lucas, this home is a perfect example of the Modernist Movement in architecture. Finished with our EB20 windows coated in matt Pastel Blue, and EB20 doors with multi-point locking, the rooms in this home benefit from the early morning and late afternoon sun.

This incredible listed property in Arundel, West Sussex, was the perfect space for a suite of our EB24 steel windows, doors and screens. With a combination of dark frames and satin chrome accessories, this property was finished with a sleek and contemporary appearance.

Anne-Marie Leigh, a talented interior designer, has renovated her home in Godalming with a stunning set of EB16 leaded steel windows in replacement of the original metal fenestration. Improving not only the appearance of the property, from both inside and out but the thermal performance too. Anne-Marie chose the 158SF ‘Hampstead’ handles with a powder coating that matches the frame to finish off the project.
