Clement Windows Group is delighted to announce that its product range is now available to view on NBS Source.
Clement has had a profile on NBS Source (and formerly on RIBA Product Selector) for several years, but this has only recently been upgraded to include enhanced product data.
Product information including specification data is available for the company’s selection of steel windows and doors, steel screens and partitions and conservation rooflights. This includes the popular and versatile EB20 and EB24 steel window ranges, which are exceptionally slim, high specification metal windows for both residential and commercial projects. EB20 and EB24 windows are designed to replicate the appearance of existing or original windows and are manufactured bespoke to specific requirements.
Also included are Clement’s trailblazing range of interior steel screens and doors, which have been popular for so many years now, and the Clement Conservation Rooflight, which is available in eight standard sizes, from stock, for either a slate or a tile roof profile and which has achieved a British Fenestration Rating Council (BFRC) Window Energy Rating of A+.
NBS Source is a free-to-use construction product platform which helps architects, designers, specifiers, and engineers to find the information they need to make informed product decisions on project specifications. The platform includes data about a variety of construction products from leading manufacturers, whose product pages include product specification data, Uniclass and CAWS classifications, product literature and 3D digital objects, creating a single source of product information.
Thousands of products are specified through NBS Source each year. For architects, engineers and contractors, the specification writing platform on NBS Source enables them to work smarter and reduce their risk. For construction product manufacturers, Source is a digital marketing platform, exposing their products to decision makers across the construction project timeline, making it easy for specifiers to find, select and specify their products.
NBS is a global technology platform that combines quality content and connectivity for anyone involved in the design, supply and construction of the built environment. NBS has been helping the construction industry to build better with lower risk for nearly 50 years. Starting out as the print-based National Building Specification in 1973, it is now delivering innovative, digital solutions to improve decision-making throughout the industry.
Lee Jones, Head of Manufacturer Solutions at NBS, commented:
“Specifiers want to make better and more informed decisions and by having Clement listed on Source, this will make their lives easier. By giving specifiers access to the data they need, they can make accurate, direct comparisons, allowing them to be more decisive when choosing products and reducing the risk of mistakes.
“The full power of digital can only be unlocked through collaboration, and manufacturers such as Clement can now be involved. This is an important step in having a more structured approach to record-keeping and information management and promotes the ‘Golden Thread of Information’ which all manufacturers should be striving for.”
