A standout, award-winning redevelopment of one of Malta’s most iconic Art Deco buildings. Originally opened in June 1950 and now Grade II listed, The Brewhouse has been transformed as part of an €86 million scheme led by London-based ritchie*studio. Spanning over 7,000 sq m of industrial space, the project carefully balances restoration with innovation. Clement manufactured and supplied over 100 bespoke EB24 steel framed windows, contributing to the building’s striking new chapter while respecting its historic character. You can read more about the project and the numerous awards it has won here.

Located within a distinctive 1926 Art Deco apartment building in Manhattan, this project called for something special. Clement was selected to manufacture a set of three elegant arched head exterior steel doors for the dining area. From our EB24 range, these bespoke French doors provide slim sightlines and increased performance, creating a stunning feature while providing access to the terrace. Finished in Pure White internally and Jet Black externally, they complement the home beautifully. The full case study and more images can be seen here.

Clement Conservation Rooflights bring natural light into this hotel in Copenhagen.
Set within two historic warehouses dating back to the early 1800s, 71 Nyhavn is now a luxury hotel rich in character. As part of a major refurbishment of the Red Warehouse, Clement supplied tile profile conservation rooflights designed to sit flush with the roofline, preserving the building’s charm. The project also included bespoke top hung rooflights, fitted with gas springs, allowing them to double as emergency escape routes while flooding the interiors with natural light.
