While all of our ranges are developed to meet the ever-changing demands of clients and the wider industry, there are a few ranges that are particularly popular, boasting the elegant good looks, incredible versatility and modern performance requirements you can expect from Clement.

 

Most popular for replacement steel windows: EB24

EB24 is our most popular and versatile steel window product for both commercial and residential work.  Benefitting from exceptionally slim frames, our high specification EB24 steel window range is superior to your original metal windows.  It offers better thermal performance, security (PAS 24 is an option) and it is also very easy to maintain.  Clement specialise in manufacturing new steel windows and doors to match your originals, but with a far improved specification.

Although the EB24 range is our most sought after product for replacement work it can also be suitable for new build projects, as it achieves up to a B energy rating.

Most popular for doors and screens: W20

Available with PAS 24, W20 is a typically robust steel door system, designed and popularised in the 1950s/60s. Providing strong frames, efficient openings and hard-wearing furniture, W20 comes with various glazing options and these tried and tested profiles are used for windows, doors and screens.

As the industrial aesthetic continues to rise in popularity, so does the W20 range of steel doors, screens and partitions. Interior steel frames are repeatedly being specified by interior designers and architects working on high-end residential and commercial development projects, and with a new range of 30-minute fire-rated single doors and screens available, this system is even more desirable.

Most popular conservation rooflight: Clement 2 and 3 ranges

Clement provides a range of conservation rooflights with different profiles to suit your roof type.  This ensures a flush finish that will look in keeping with the character of your traditional property.  Our most popular rooflight sizes are the Clement 2 and 3 ranges – not too small and not too big, they tend to suit an array of projects.

Our rooflights are available from stock but we can also make bespoke sizes to your individual requirements.  This includes top hung escape rooflights.  Please contact us to discuss your plans.
